Get the best from your new digital SLR

This one day photography course helps you make the leap from letting your Digital SLR camera take the pictures to really getting the most of whatever camera you have. You learn to take control of the settings on your camera and now to compose for great shots.

The outcome of this workshop is simple; to make sure you have the skills to improve your outdoor nature, landscape and people photography. The day long workshop is run as mix of theory and practical self-contained creative exercises, all set the beautiful natural environment of Snowdonia National Park.

Each exercise takes the form of a short instructional presentation including camera set-up advice, followed by the core creative content with rotating one-to-one tuition. At the end of the session there is the chance to compare notes and look at some basic post-processing on the laptop.

The level of complexity and detail is modified suit the requirements of the participants enrolled.
